MODERATORS VISIT TO ST NINIAN'S 2019

The Rt Rev Susan Brown, visited Corby and St Ninian's on the 6th and 7th April

The Moderator meets Members of the congregation  at “Corby’s Steel Man”  at the Cube, for her “walkabout” Arriving back at St Ninian's to join the  less energetic member's of the congregation  for afternoon tea.  The Mayor of Corby joined the celebration.

 On Sunday Morning, the Moderator met members of the session, told them the Story behind the "Cross of Office" she wears.    She led the morning service, where she was presented with a model of the "Steelman" where he "walkabout" began.  In addition to St Ninian's Choir, the community "Chordless" choir took part in the service. Then at the 2019 The Moderator told the  General Assembley of how she had had tea with the Duke of Buccleuch at the Premier Inn
